To add multiple authors to your blog, you must first get verified as the author of the blog. 

Then you can go to your blog profile and click on the  'edit authors' link on the right hand side of the page.  Once you are on the Edit Authors page you can add coauthors to the blog.  A coauthor must be your Facebook friend.
