If you're just starting out you can still grow your audience.

Here are a few things you can do to get things started:

- Friends are your best allies. Invite the ones who you think will enjoy reading your blog.

- Put the NetworkedBlogs widget on your blog so your readers know that you're listed here. When they follow your blog, their friends  might decide to follow as well.

- Use the news reader on the home page to read news from blogs you're following and vote on the good posts. When you vote on a post, your profile picture will show next to that story for everyone else who follows that blog to see. You help the best posts get exposure, and you help others find the best news. And for that, people tend to click on your picture to see what else you're up to and might choose to follow your blog as well.

- Contribute in the discussion boards. Start a new topic, and if it's good enough, it'll continue to be pushed to the top of the discussion board as people reply to you. Avoid posting your link everywhere because that annoys people.
